Qualifications

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be managing new build and interior renovation for commercial, institutional and industrial construction projects with values up to $1,000,000. We are looking for someone who possesses the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage with the design professionals, consultants and the end client. This person will successfully direct our Site Superintendent and other construction related personnel in the following areas; planning, coordinating and the safe execution of the work in accordance with the contract documents, scheduling and budgets. Our ideal Project Manager would have excellent problem solving and organizational skills accompanied by a sense of humour and a drive for excellence.

Qualifications:
·         Experience as a Project Manager on new build and interior renovations for commercial and industrial projects.
·         College or university degree in a construction related field or equivalent working knowledge
·         Proven working experience in construction management
·         Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and knowledge of OBC and quality standards
·         Leadership and human resources management skills
